We met with Chris to setup our estate documents, wills, and trust. He was very thorough, patient in answering our questions before, during, and after the process, and very easy to work with--highly recommended! If you are intimidated by the process, Chris is great to work with and his pricing is extremely fair and reasonable--you won't regret working with Chris!

Chris Collander helped us obtain a portion of a piece of property next door to us from our home owners association such that we could put a fence up for our dogs without having to wind around some utility boxes. We are happy and the dogs are happy! I've also worked with Chris and his team on a couple of real estate transactions for clients of mine purchasing new homes. He and his team always do great work!

They knew exactly what needed to be done and were very thorough to make sure all documents were properly put together. Some people in their office however, took a bit longer to hear back from and made us feel outside of the loop.
